Call for Sessions

Due to continued COVID-19 restrictions, the conference will be held virtually.

The Call for Sessions for the 2022 MSAMA Educational Conference is now OPEN! Applications are due by 5pm on Friday, November 5th. Applicants will be informed of our decision the week of November 15th.

 

Who should submit a proposal?

Institutional and Program Coordinators/Administrators

 

Suggested Topics:

Sessions should be as interactive and innovative as possible, based on feedback from previous MSAMA courses general topics of interest include: Coordinator Timelines, Best Practices, ERAS, Site Visits, Professional Development, Coordinator Wellness, Managing Multiple Programs.

 

What is needed for submission?

  1. Bios and presenting experience of all presenters

  2. Contact information (name, degree(s), email, institution, job title for all presenters

  3. Session title

  4. Session plan - Sessions will be 45-60 minutes in length, please include time for Q&A at the end

  5. Session description

  6. Three workshop learning objectives
